Mangalore: Sorcery Opposite MCC – Security Agency’s Head to Roll

Daijiworld Media Network – Mangalore (SP)

Mangalore, Jul 7: Although the city mayor, Pravin, initially said that he was not bothered about the telltale signs of witchcraft having been performed opposite the office of Mangalore City Corporation (MCC)at Lalbagh here on Tuesday morning, he appears to be having second thoughts.

The mayor, it is gathered, has issued instructions to terminate the contract of the security agency concerned and scout for an alternative agency. He is apparently peeved at the fact that the security personnel on duty at the time had failed to notice the activity of the sorcerers on Monday night. It may be recalled that crushed ash gourd, sliced lemon, vermillion, turmeric powder, etc were found to have been abandoned in front of the MCC office.

Reportedly, the mayor questioned the security officer of the MCC on Wednesday, before deciding to kick out the security agency for the dereliction of duty by security men posted by it on Monday night.

I find it impossible believe the mayor is profoundly ignorant of this nonsense about sorcery, blackmagic , black death due to curses of Mariamma's and Bhootas. I am wondereing if he is living in some sort of La-La land!
