Udupi: Man who went for medical check-up goes missing

Udupi, Jun 15: A man who went to the hospital for his medical check-up has gone missing.

Surendra Kanchan (56), a resident of Kadike in Badanidiyoor is the man who is not to be seen. A case in this connection is filed at Malpe police station.

Family members say that Surendra went out of the house saying that he is going to a private hospital in Udupi city for checking BP and sugar. However, on checking at the hospital, the authorities say that he has not visited the facility.

Surendra is five feet three inches tall and knows Kannada and Tulu languages. Anyone who comes across Surendra is requested to contact Malpe police station.
