In my place cigarettes are openly sold in shops opposite MIT main gate on the main road no action till today. There is also a Bar and wine store near the gate so students if tensed can relax with a drink and a puff. Police vehicles passes every day but only a casual look. Biggest action is bar will not close as usual but police comes at midnight and requests them to close. There is no COTPA in my place enjoy.
