Udupi, Jul 3: Vanamahotsav and Green Day was celebrated by the kindergarten section of Trinity Central School.
Children and teachers were dressed in green attires and the classrooms were decorated with green balloons.
The teachers explained to the tiny tots about the importance of Vanamahotsav and about the need for planting of saplings. They also displayed videos about planting of saplings on the smart board.
Interesting and creative activities were conducted which the children enjoyed.
For nursery and pre-KG students palm printing, LKG students seed sapling and leaf sticking and for UKG students palm printing and flower pot making was conducted.
