Bantwal, Aug 17: The BJP Bantwal Assembly block conducted a spirited tricolour flag rally, commencing from the vicinity of B C Road Kaikamba Polali Dwara and concluding at Sri Raktheshwari Temple.

Prominent figures such as state BJP president Nalin Kumar Kateel, Bantwal MLA Rajesh Naik, district president Sudarshan Moodbidri, Mandala president Devappa Poojary, former MLA Padmanabha Kothari, former BUDA president Devadas Shetty, district chief secretary Ramadas Bantwal, former Keonics president Harikrishna Bantwal, district media head Sandesh Shetty, and other dignitaries were present.
