Kundapur, Sep 25: Kulur Kanyana Sadashiva Shetty emphasized the importance of affluent individuals supporting the development of the less privileged in society for comprehensive societal growth.

Shetty made these remarks during the inauguration of an achievers' felicitation program organized by the Kundapur taluk Youth Bunts Association at the R N Shetty auditorium in the city on Sunday.

He stated, "Approximately 80% of the Bunt community is financially disadvantaged. Affluent members of the community should extend their help for the health, education, and financial requirements of the less fortunate. Identifying millionaires among us and seeking financial assistance from them should be a priority. The association should be strengthened by providing opportunities to talented individuals."

"Achievers serve as guides for us all. It is essential for youth and students to follow in their footsteps. Those who have received assistance from the organization should aim to achieve and contribute back to society multiple times over. Leaders of organizations must take responsibility for driving society forward."

Several individuals, including Molahalli Subbanna Shetty Koteshwara (95) from the engineering sector, Dr. Y. S. Hegde (85) from the medical field, K.
