Mangaluru: Governor Gehlot to inaugurate Dr Shivaram Karanth birth anniversary programme on Oct 3

Mangaluru, Sep 26: Karnataka state governor Thavar Chand Gehlot will inaugurate at 10.30 am on October 3 the Dr Shivarma Karanth birth anniversary programme that will be held by Kotathattu grama panchayat under the cooperation of Dr Shivarama Karanth Huttoora Prashasti Prathistana and Dr Shivarama Karanth Trust, Udupi at Dr Shivarama Karanth Theme park from October 3 to October 10.

The programme will be presided over by Kundapura MLA A Kiran Kumar Kodgi in the presence of union minister of state for agriculture and farmer’s welfare Shobha Karandlaje and Udupi district in-charge minister Lakshmi R Hebbalkar who will be speaking on the occasion.

“Karkala MLA V Sunil Kumar, Byndoor MLA Gururaj Shetty Gantihole, Kaup MLA Gurme Suresh Shetty, Udupi MLA Yashpal A Suvarna, former minister and MLCs Kota Srinivas Poojary and Manjunath Bhandary, Kotatattu grama panchayat president K Sathish Kunder will be present on the dais as guests of honour,” stated Dr Shivarama Karanth Prathistana Kota president Anand C Kunder in a press release.
