Mangaluru: Separate complaints filed after minor scuffle in bus between conductor, passenger

Mangaluru, Sep 27: A minor scuffle took place between bus conductor and a passenger travelling in the same bus on Tuesday September 26.

A private bus bearing (Route No-11 SK Travels) was going from State Bank to Kanar. At around 6:15 pm, a passenger in the bus asked the conductor to stop the bus before Kannur check post. However, the conductor insisted on stopping at the next stop, resulting in a verbal altercation between both, thereby leading to minor injuries.

The bus driver Nazeer and other public present intervened and dispersed everyone.

Based on separate complaints of both the conductor and passenger, two cases have been booked in Kankanady town police station.
