Udupi, Oct 29: Union Minister Shobha Karandlaje has emphasized the pivotal role of the Bunt community in guiding and leading temple administration and Garadi programs for their success.
Speaking at the World Bunts Convention in the city, Shobha stated, "The Bunts community plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of good programs within our district. Guidance from the Bunt community is essential for the normal functioning of temple and Garadi programs, given their wealth of entrepreneurs, artists, and industrialists. The Bunt community has significantly contributed to the revolutionary progress in the education sector."
MLAs Yashpal Suvarna, Gururaj Gantihole, Gurme Suresh Shetty, president of the World Bunts Association Aikala Harish Shetty, Jayakara Shetty, and other prominent leaders were present. Cultural presentations were a highlight during the occasion.
