Moodbidri, Oct 31: A native of the taluk, Sandeep Shetty is selected for BSF and has gone to Jharkhand for training.
Sandeep is the son of Raju Shetty-Rathi couple, residents near Aramane of Maroor village.
Sandeep did his education from Maroor Hosangadi government school, SDM high school Perinje, government PU college Venoor and Moodbidri Dhavala college where he obtained degree.
In addition to education, Sandeep also shouldered responsibilities as junior under officer of NCC.
