Udupi: Mercury Dance Crew, Bellampalli to organize national level dance contest on Dec 28

Udupi, Dec 27: Mercury Dance Crew will organise a national level dance competition ‘Rocks India 2K23', all India and solo dance championship, on December 28, near Swarna Bridge Bellampalli at 6 pm.

The group winners will be awarded with a cash prize of Rs 70000 and a trophy, the solo winner will be awarded with cash prize of Rs 20000 and a trophy, the group runner-up will be given a cash prize of Rs 35000 and a trophy, and the solo runner-up will be awarded Rs 10000 and a trophy.

A special contest for mothers, ‘Naach Mummy Naach', will also be held. The winner will be awarded with Rs 10000 and a trophy.

Rakesh Kanchan, Sandeep Kundar 

Avitha Sagar, Sandalwood and Coastalwood actress, Kishore Aman Shetty, actor, dancer and choreographer, are thne judges of the competition. Sumith Amin, TV reality show choreographer, Tanuja A Kotian, dance mummy dance season-3 finalist, are the judges for solo competition and ‘Naach Mummy Naach.’

Entry fee for group competition is Rs 3500 and solo is Rs 2000.

Chethan Shetty, Sandesh T V and Vijetha Shetty will host the event. Rakesh Kanchan and Sandeep Kundar will organise the event.
