Jacob Elordi was really excited when he read bathtub scene in ‘Saltburn’

Los Angeles, Jan 7 (IANS): Actor Jacob Elordi has opened up about the infamous bathtub scene in ‘Saltburn’ that has had a lot of people talking.

Since the Emerald Fennell film dropped on Amazon’s Prime Video, many people have been buzzing about the steamy scenes. One of the moments that have audiences with their jaws dropping has Barry Keoghan’s Ollie spying on Elordi’s Felix as he pleasures himself in a bathtub, reports deadline.com.

Once Felix finishes, Ollie jumps into the tub and starts licking and drinking the water with Felix’s bodily fluids before they go down the drain.

Elordi recently talked about his reaction to the scene while reading the script, telling Stream Wars: ” I was just really excited when I read that scene because you don’t really see things like that in mainstream movies a lot of the time.”

“So it’s just great that Emerald was allowed to kind of push those boundaries and expose people like that,” he added.

The movie also has Keoghan stripping off his clothes and dancing to the tune of Sophie Ellis-Bextor’s Murder on the Dance Floor after he becomes the sole owner of the Saltburn estate. Keoghan said having that scene be the finale “totally felt right.”

“The initial thing was about me having no clothes on. I’m a bit, ehhh,” Keoghan told EW while recalling the moment he filmed the scene.

“But after take one, I was ready to go. I was like, ‘Let’s go again. Let’s go again.’ You kind of forget, because there’s such a comfortable environment created, and it gives you that license to go, ‘All right, this is about the story now’.”
