Rajasthan, Jan 24: The dedication demonstrated by Pari Bishnoi in conquering the formidable UPSC examination is truly commendable. She adopted a monk-like lifestyle, abstaining from all social media platforms, to ultimately realize her dream of becoming an IAS officer.

Originally from Bikaner, Pari Bishnoi is the daughter of advocate Maniram Bishnoi and Sushila Bishnoi, the current police officer of GRP.

After completing her schooling at St Mary’s Convent in Ajmer, she pursued her undergraduate studies at Indraprastha College for Women in Delhi. Subsequently, she earned her master's degree in political science from MDS University in Ajmer. Pari's unwavering perseverance paid off when she successfully cracked the UPSC in her third attempt, securing an impressive All India Rank of 30.

During her UPSC preparation, Pari took an extraordinary step by deleting all her social media accounts and even refrained from using her phone, as revealed by her mother in later media statements. This disciplined approach reflects her monk-like commitment to achieving success in the UPSC examination.

Currently, Pari Bishnoi serves as a sub-divisional officer in Sikkim, specifically in Gangtok. Prior to this, she held the position of assistant secretary in the Ministry of Petroleum. Pari's journey is not only a testament to her individual triumph but also serves as an inspiration to others aspiring to overcome challenges and excel in their chosen fields.
