Etihad to Increase Flights to Riyadh

Abu Dhabi, Sep 19 (IANS/WAM): The UAE's Etihad Airways will increase flights to Riyadh from a daily service to 13 a week from Oct 30.

The extra services, to be operated by Airbus A320 and A330 aircraft, will offer greater access for business travellers.

The new Riyadh schedule will boost connectivity significantly to a number of key destinations across the airline's global network, including the India, Indonesia and the Philippines.

James Hogan, CEO of Etihad, said: "Saudi Arabia is a key market for Etihad, and Riyadh has always been an important strategic destination for the airline. These changes allow us to strengthen our position within the GCC network."
