It is great that the citizens are
getting more alert and serious about their heart. The modern
rich and fast food along with an inactive lifestyle
    are contributing much to create
heart problems later on in life.
While I was in India more than
four decades back, only a few of the rich people died due to
high blood pressure and heart disease. Now, those diseases of the rich and affluent have
touched ordinary people because of the great changes in the lifestyle
of prosperity and over consumption of highly rich food.
