Thats why present government want to take over other temple who have income but not interested to develop other temple who lack basic facility. Use temple money for only temple development.

I think the Dharmasthala Temple doesn’t come under Muzrai Dept. That’s why we see various SDM institutions and projects in twin districts. Also we don’t see in the media any head of the temple attending political or social event other than Shri Virendra Hegde.

Your being educated seems to be a farse. Muzarai temples are divided into 3 categories, that is, A, B and C. A category temples are whose annual income is Rs 10 lac or more while category B temples are which earn Rs 5-10 lac per year while the C category temples are which earn less than 5 lac per year. As per the Muzarai act A category temples contribute 10% of their total incom to the Muzarai dept's common pool fund while B category temples must contribute 5% of their income to this fund. C category temples don't have to contribute anything to Muzarai fund. There are around 500 temples coming under A and B Category while C category temples' number is around 35000. So if Kukke Subrahmanya temple has earnedd Rs 146 crore income this year, only Rs 14.6 crore will be given to the Muzarai fund while remaining money will remain in the temple account which will be handled by Temple Trust. Last year all the A and B category temples contributed a total of Rs 55 crore to the Muzarai fund. This fund cannot be used for anything else than purposes mentioned in the Muzarai Act. Basically this fund is meant for covering the honorarium of temple priests of category C temples, their maintenance etc. But if you see the State's budget, temples and Mutts in Karnataka get a budgetary allocation of more than Rs 1000 crore every year under various grants, schemes and projects. This clearly shows your argument has no merit. Temples contribute less to Muzarai dept per year and in turn get more than Rs 1000 crore every year from the govt. Stop spreading lies.
