Mumbai, Oct 20: Police may take a trip to Bigg Boss's house to deliver a second notice to actor Amar Upadhyay, an inmate, over a cheating case against him.

It is learnt that  Udaipur-based Harinarayan Soni had invested in a company floated by Upadhyay called 'Mihir Virani Multitrade Pvt Ltd' and had also earned profits worth lacs. However, the cheque issued by the company bounced last year. The Udaipur court had issued the first summons then itself. However, Upadhyay did not make it for his first hearing as there was no one present in Upadhyay's Malad office.

For the second summons, the cops have reportedly decided to pay a visit to Bigg Boss house to deliver it to him.

However, Upadhyay's PRO denied the allegations calling them 'publicity gimmicks'. He said Amar resigned from the company on December 23, 2003. After making a clean exit, he has not been part of its transactions. He added that someone could be trying to make him a soft target in order to gain publicity.
