New Delhi, Oct 28: Gautam Gambhir, whose cricketing strokes are as pleasing as his manners, will be wedding a girl from the city today. For the stylish left handed batsman, this will be a new match and fresh innings altogether.

Natasha Jain, who is based in the city, will become the life partner of Gambhir, at a function being arranged in a farmhouse in Gurgaon near here.

Gambhir has invited only limited guests for his wedding. His close friends including some cricketers, have been extended invitation to the marriage, it is learnt. Well-known singer from Pakistan, Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, will provide musical entertainment to the gathering with his soulful singing. The designer duo of Shantanu and Nikhil has designed the clothes of the bride and the groom.

Natasha, daughter of a businessman from the metro, had met Gambhir about a year back. Both of them struck intimacy instantly in an example of love at first sight. Although their marriage was planned to be held about six months back, the plan had to be postponed on account of India-England series. The marriage date was confirmed in September.

Gambhir will be out of action during the only Twenty20 cricket match of the series being held between England and India on Saturday, on account of his marriage. Gambhir did well in the five one dayers against England, by hitting 213 runs including two half centuries.
