Mangaluru, Jul 7: Vasant, a Congress-supported member of Neerumarga gram panchayat and the main accused in the dacoity at entrepreneur Padmanabha Kotian's house in Permanki, Ulaibettu, has been suspended from the party with immediate effect.

The Gurupur Block Congress committee stated, "Vasant is suspended from the primary membership of the party with immediate effect for violating the rules and regulations of the party and damaging the status and honour of the party."

    Now what they did is good for suspended from the party. But so many very big fish are involved in so many robberies, criminal or rape, etc but they suspend them because they have too much money. Everywhere money matters.
