Mangalore, Nov 9: The state social welfare minister Narayanaswamy visited Morarji Desai Residential School at Mennabettu–Kammaje, near Kinnigoli, on Tuesday November 8.

The minister visited all the classrooms, mid-day meal facility, and interacted with the students.



Headmaster Chandrashekar drew the attention of the minister to the need for expansion of the playground and other essential facilities at the school.

District social welfare officer Arun Furtado, district education co-ordinator Puttanna, and others were present on the occasion.
