Mangalore, Nov 9: Entire Karnataka coast remained dry on Tuesday November 8, but for late night showers at some places.

As dry weather came after several days of waiting, the farmers got busy with harvesting paddy crop. In a number of places, paddy corns were found to have germinated due to wet conditions since the last some days.

The meteorological department expects dry weather to continue for two more days, although moderate rain has been predicted in a couple of places in the coast.
