Mangalore, Nov 14: The annual fest of St Lawrence parish, Bondel, was held with religious fervor on Sunday November 13.

Fr Antony Serrao, parish priest of St Sebastian parish, Bendore, presided over the festal Eucharistic celebration along with clergies of the city deanery on Sunday morning.

The blessed candles were distributed to the sponsors of the annual feast before the Eucharistic celebration. Bondel parish council vice-president Rudy Pinto, secretary Reginald D’Souza, and council members and leaders of parish organizations co-ordinated in the festal preparations under the guidance of parish priest Fr Andrew D’Souza and assistant parish priest Fr Sylvester Vincent Lobo.

Thousands of devotees regardless of caste, creed, and religion attended the annual parish feast.
The parish units of YCS and ICYM put up various stalls on the parish grounds and were thronged by people after the Holy Mass.
