Congratulations Karnataka Bank on moving your branch banking to new premises in Mangalore.
We are very proud of the bank and also four PSU banks which were born in the district have attained international status today doing great nation building work.
Inspite of having hundreds of bank branches in the combined districts Udupi and Mangalore there is dearth of banking service in many places here.Unequal distribution of bank branches have rendered banking service not properly used all over.Though we boast DK being the credle of banking in the country, the quality of service in the branches in PSU banks have reached a low.It is a really wonder to seee casual attitude among front line service providers in branches.Given this situation,Karnartaka Bank has a great future of growth as the service in this bank is always remained good.I request the authorities concerned to exert their staff on good customer service to sustain, which alone will take the bank to greater heights.Ther is no substitute for good customer service in the counters, though we have made leaps and bounds in the technology field.
