Vasai Konkani Welfare Association celebrates Monthi Fest

Mumbai, Sep 13: Vasai Konkani Welfare Association (VKWA) celebrated its 17th Monthi Fest on September 8 evening at Vishwakarma hall. The programme started with the procession carrying the Mother Mary statue.

President Reginald Santhumayer, treasurer Henry Pinto, ex-president John D'Souza, founder president, Stephen Fernandes F, Advisor Jossie Menzes, Virar Konkani association president Dian D'Souza, St Peter Barkur Association coordinator Ivan Rebello were on the daises.

Felicitation to VKWA members children who secured 75,% above in 10th and 12th standard academic year 2023-24. Member and children performed different cultural stage programmes. Melisa D’Souza and Marial Aranha compared cultural stage programme. All VKWA managing committee and ladies wing members work hard for this year's successful Monthi Fest.

The programme stared with prayer by Hilda D'Souza. Reginald Santhumayer welcome the gathering. Fr Rupesh Madta prayed Grace before meal and blessed the Novem Jivan. Stage program compared by Jacintha Ambrose. John D’Souza gave vote of thanks.
