"The only way to curb such rowdism is by recovering double the cost of the damage caused, along with enforcing strict punishment as per the penal code. This will not only act as a strong deterrent but also ensure accountability for those who indulge in such unlawful acts. Additionally, fast-track courts should be set up to handle these cases promptly, and the recovered amount should be used to compensate victims and restore public property. Such measures will send a clear message that vandalism and lawlessness will not be tolerated."
