Mangaluru, Jan 30: The Department of Renal Dialysis Technology at Srinivas Institute of Allied Health Sciences successfully organized an Alumni Talk titled “Future in Dialysis” on January 25. The event, held at the institute’s premises, aimed to provide students with valuable insights into career opportunities, advancements, and future prospects in the field of dialysis technology.
The session featured Surya Gayathri, an esteemed alumna of the 2017 batch, who currently serves as a lecturer and dialysis technologist at Father Muller College of Allied Health Sciences, Mangaluru. Her expertise and experience in the field made her an ideal speaker to guide and inspire the students.
The event was attended by Tainiya Ronad, alumni president; G Pravinkumar, course coordinator; faculty members; and students of the department.

Following the presentation, a lively Q&A session was conducted, where students actively engaged with the speaker. Questions ranged from global job opportunities and required skill sets to ethical considerations and future trends in dialysis technology.
