Mangaluru: Sahyadri Nursing College organizes blood donation camp

Mangaluru, Mar 17: The Student Nurses Association (SNA) of Sahyadri Nursing College, Kuloor, successfully organized a blood donation camp in collaboration with KMC Hospital.

The camp was inaugurated by blood bank in charge Dr Anjana Hari, who emphasized the importance of blood donation and stated, “Blood donation is a noble act of social service that can save many lives. Every healthy individual should participate in this initiative.”

Speaking at the event, principal Prof Merlin Sheeba Jinto said, “This camp was organized with the aim of instilling a sense of social responsibility among students. We are committed to conducting such camps every year.”

A total of 75 voluntary donors participated in the camp, making it a success. The organizers expressed their gratitude to everyone who contributed to the smooth execution of the event.
