Mumbai, Apr 23: The nation continues to reel from the horror of the recent terror attack in Pahalgam, Jammu & Kashmir, which claimed the lives of 26 innocent tourists, including six from Maharashtra. Among them was Sanjay Lele, a resident of Dombivli in Mumbai, whose death has sent waves of grief through his community.

Lele’s childhood friend, Praveen Raul, speaking with anguish, condemned the brutal attack and demanded strict governmental action. "Every citizen in this country has the constitutional right to travel, settle, or own property in any part of India. That right has been grossly violated," Raul told reporters.

Expressing his deep sorrow over the loss of his friend, Raul added, “This incident clearly shows that we are not safe. The government must act firmly and ensure justice is delivered. Such acts of terror must be rooted out from our soil."

The tragic incident, which took place in one of Kashmir’s most visited tourist spots, has raised serious concerns about security in the region. As families mourn their losses, voices like Raul’s echo the sentiments of many across the nation, calling for resolute and uncompromising action against the perpetrators of the heinous act.
