Udupi, Jan 23: Rowdy Sheeter Pitty Nagesh, resident of Kukkikatte who survived several attempts of murder was attacked yet again on Saturday January 21 night, as per the police complaint registered at the Manipal Police station.

In the complaint it was given that Nagesh was attacked with a sword by a gang who came in Omni car near Indrali Railway station.

Nagesh was traveling along with his friend Anwar in an auto rickshaw. The offenders chased the rickshaw and tried attacking Nagesh when the car neared the ricksaw. Aware of the trouble to his life, Nagesh somehow managed to escape but the marks of the sword attack is visible in the rickshaw and during the attack the upper rod of the rickshaw fell into Anwar’s legs and he was injured, stated the complaint.

“Kukkikatte’s Guruprasad and his gang have tried killing me. They are under the impression that I’am behind the murder of Vinod Shettigar last year, alleged Nagesh in his statement.
