Udupi: LIC Divisional Office Launches ‘Jeevan Ankur’

Udupi, Jan 24: The divisional office of the LIC launched a new policy ‘Jeevan Ankur’, during a press meet held at their office on Monday January 23.

The policy will be issued in the name of parents for the benefit of their child up to the age of 17 years.  The age limit for parents who can take out the policy is 18 to 50 years.  The sum insured is Rs 1 lac and above.

Jeevan Ankur gives financial security to the child besides encouraging savings. The riders for sickness and waiver of premiums are also included in the policy.

Divisional officer N S Shirah H, marketing manager B D’Almeida, and manager H R Bhat were present at the press meet.
