Very very sad.Nephew killing uncle?must be a serious matter? That too in hospital surrounding?Things must be cleared immediately what was the matter. Was it something made him so furious?even wife was in delivery room? However it is not the way and cause to kill a own uncle.May the soul rest in peace.Heartfelt sympathies to the family. Now he can only sit inside for some years till he see his child.very bad for the familyOne should have his anger under control whatever the situation is and clear later when blood pressure comes down.
