The active and dynamic Vice-Chancellor will take all steps to increase the GROSS ENROLLMENT RATIO and the results of University Examinations. He should also direct his attention to improve the results in the University Departments and also research activities turning out more Ph.D degree qualifiers and publishing high quality research papers in the Refereed journals. Refresher courses may be arranged for the teachers of the affiliated colleges to improve the standard of teaching. The performance of the colleges in the University Examinations may be published to have a healthy competition. The University should get 5-Star status from NAAC.
