Karkala: K'taka Beladingala Sahitya Sammelana Invites Entries from Poets

Karkala, Mar 1: The third Akhila Karnataka Beladingala Sahitya Sammelana will be held on Thursday March 8, and the organizers have invited entries from poets to participate in the poets’ session that will be held at midnight on Thursday.

“The poets are expected to send four of their unpublished poems by Monday March 5,” stated Sammelana chief secretary Borgalgudde Manjunath.

Budding poets get a reservation of 50 percent chances. The poets who aspire to take part in the Sammelana must send in their entries, stating their communication address, mobile numbers, and e-mail IDs.


Competitions for students

In an innovative experiment, competitions for students have been organized themed ‘Let Us Learn Literature – Dance Merrily’, which will be held after midnight on Thursday. It’s open to only 10 college students and general students can also participate. Students should have a certified letter issued by the principals of their respective colleges.
