Mumbai, Oct 10: The soundtrack of Ranveer Singh-starrer Dhurandhar: The Revenge has entered the Grammy Awards consideration process, with T-Series and B62 Studios submitting the film’s music across multiple categories, highlighting composer Shashwat Sachdev’s work.
The campaign features several songs from the film, including Phir Se, Aari Aari and Jaiye Sajana. However, the submissions do not guarantee nominations, as the entries must meet the Recording Academy’s eligibility requirements and undergo its voting process.
Sachdev has been credited in the campaign for Dhurandhar: The Revenge under the Best Compilation Soundtrack for Visual Media category, which recognises soundtracks assembled for films and other visual productions.

Several individual tracks have also been submitted for consideration in different categories. Phir Se has been entered under Best Song Written for Visual Media, while Jaan Se Guzarte Hai and Kanhaiyya feature in the Best Global Music Performance category. Aari Aari has been submitted under Best Asian Pop Music Performance.
The campaign also includes Jaiye Sajana for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance, Destiny – Mann Atkeya for Best Rap Performance, Vaari Jaavan for Best Dance/Electronic Recording and Hum Pyaar Karne Wale for Best Remixed Recording.
The Grammy campaign comes as director Aditya Dhar has also been in the spotlight following the 72nd National Film Awards ceremony in Kevadia, Gujarat, which he attended with his wife, actor Yami Gautam.
Gautam won the Best Actress award for her performance in Article 370, which Dhar produced. Asked about Dhurandhar on the red carpet, Dhar said the focus that day was on celebrating Article 370.
“We are here for Article 370. We will discuss Dhurandhar. Hopefully we come next year also, but today it is all about Article 370,” he said.
Meanwhile, Dhurandhar: The Revenge is scheduled to premiere on television on Star Gold on Sunday, October 18, at 7 pm.
Headlined by Ranveer Singh, the film also features Sanjay Dutt, Akshaye Khanna, R. Madhavan and Arjun Rampal in pivotal roles.
