Kasargod, Mar 1: The High Court issued orders to the CBI to provide the petitioner access to the investigative report on the mysterious death of Mangalore Qazi C M Abdulla Musliar. Justice P S Gopinathan issued orders in this regard as the hearing on the case was postponed for two weeks. 

Samasta Kerala Sunni Student Federation Kasargod district president Rashid and Qazi co-ordination committee convener K Abdul Hameed filed a petition in the court alleging CBI investigations are not on track and that investigations into many genuine incidents are not being carried out.  

Qazi C M Abdul Musliar's family member Mohammed Shafi also filed a petition in the court seeking that the CBI carry out investigations in the case overseen by the High Court.

The dead body of Qazi C M Abdulla Musliar was found on the shore of the Arabian Sea at Chembarika on February 15, 2010.
