Udupi, Mar 2: Four observers have been appointed to oversee the coming bypoll for Udupi-Chikmagalur Lok Sabha constituency.
Returning officer for the election, M T Reju, said that these observers will stay at government travellers bungalows.
He also requested the concerned to convey their complaints, objections etc relating to the election to the concerned observers through telephone or letter.
