Kasargod: Women Used by Robbers Gang to Fleece Youths

Daijiworld Media Network – Kasargod (SP)

Kasargod, Mar 4: The advice of the wise people that company of unknown girls can be injurious to health, honour, and money, was proved once again by an incident which occurred here on Friday March 2.

Two neatly dressed ladies moving about in a car introduced themselves to Shamsuddin from Nileshwar Chirammal, and P V Shamsuddin from Nileshwar Taikadappuram, who were together. The two youths were invited by the ladies to accompany them in their car. They then began roaming around the streets with the men in the new bus stand area.

Within a few minutes, a gang approached the vehicle and stopped it. The gang threatened the two men, snatched away their mobile phones and Rs 5,000 in cash, before dumping them and fleeing in the same car.

Strangely, the two girls also fled with the gangsters. The youths have filed complaint with the town police station about the robbery, duly alleging that the girls were hand in glove with the gang of robbers.
