Udupi, Mar 5: Department of  Science and Technology Government of Karnataka, Pilikula Science Centre and Career Counseling cell organized a seminar for teachers at Milargres College, here on Friday March 2. "Good teachers can build good and strong India"  said Fr Stany Lobo, the correspondent of Milagres Institutions after inaugurating the programme titled 'Be a good teacher'.

Dr Neri Carnelio, the principal presided. Convener of the workshop Dr Gerald Pinto welcomed the gathering. Shailaja proposed the vote of thanks and Sindhura Rao compered.

The programme was organized for high school teachers of the Brahamavar block on March 2nd and 3rd. Prof Chandrakanth and Prof Disha Mallya of Bhuvanendra College Karkala, Prof Vincent Alva of Milagres College, Rayan Mathias and Teena Machado of MSW department of Milagres College were the resource persons. Stress management, counseling, communication skills leadership skills were the topics discussed upon.
