Unfortunately, We don't value human lives in this country and hardly bothered about our road discipline and personal safety. Most of Our vehicles drivers hardly follow traffic rules and respect for the pedestrians as well as other road users. Government is not bothered about tightening the laws and strict implementation. The other the news article in the local paper reported 6 months jail term and Rs 30000 fine to a bus driver for killing a woman on the road in 2018. This is the pathetic condition of our toothless laws and spineless executive public administration systems. This is the beauty of our world's largest democracy. Rest in peace Divya. May God strengthen your family to bear the loss.
