Mangaluru, Apr 22: Kshama Ravindra, a finalist in the Mrs India Queen of Substance 2026 pageant, has opened up about her deeply personal journey of transformation, healing, and self-discovery. Representing Kerala on the national stage, the 34-year-old healer and mother hails from Mangaluru and Manjeshwar.
Rising like a phoenix
Kshama describes her life as a continuous evolution, shaped by significant challenges and an eventual inner awakening. Despite having material comfort in her early life, she shared that she often felt emotionally disconnected and constantly questioned the deeper meaning of existence. "I always felt different, searching for purpose and truth," she noted.

After marrying at the age of 21, she spent over a decade living abroad. However, the COVID-19 period marked a difficult phase for her, characterized by isolation and depression. She describes this "dark night of the soul" as the ultimate turning point that led her toward spiritual healing.
Mission for healing
Today, Kshama practices tarot, Akashic reading, and intuitive channeling to help individuals overcome fear. She is also the founder of the Akansia Foundation, which operates under the vision of "One World, One Love, Inner Freedom for All," focusing on emotional healing and awareness.
"Healing is not just individual—it is generational and collective. When we heal ourselves, we create a more conscious and loving world," she remarked.
Pageant experience
Reflecting on her first audition for Mrs India Queen of Substance 2026, Kshama described the experience as both emotional and empowering. She credited the platform for allowing her to embrace her true self and share her story with authenticity. "It was about owning my journey without fear," she shared.
As the competition progresses, many are eagerly following her path, inspired by her journey from personal struggle to self-realisation.
