Mumbai, Oct 4: Veteran Bollywood actress Neetu Kapoor, who was last seen in ‘Daadi Ki Shaadi’, took a sarcastic dig at paparazzi over their practice of asking actresses to pose for pictures of their backs.
On Sunday, Neetu was spotted in the city. As she stepped out of an establishment and walked towards her car, paparazzi stationed at the venue asked her for a picture of her back.
Turning around, the actress sarcastically asked, “Aapko yeh bada accha lagta hai na, ‘back’?” The paparazzi responded in the negative as Neetu got into her car and closed the door.

Neetu is not the first Bollywood personality to speak out against the paparazzi’s practice of clicking inappropriate pictures of actresses from behind.
Earlier, actress Neha Dhupia had called out photographers for taking inappropriate “back shots” of actresses, describing the practice as disrespectful and urging them to stop.
At a Mumbai awards event, Neha confronted photographers and said, “Yeh badtameezi se backshot kaun leta hai tum logon mein se? Band karo. (Who is taking these disrespectful back shots? Stop it).”
She added that she was not speaking only for herself but for all women, saying celebrities had repeatedly asked photographers to stop and were “tired of saying it again and again”.
Bollywood superstar Salman Khan also strongly supported Neha’s stand. On ‘Bigg Boss 20’, he specifically mentioned Neha while criticising paparazzi for taking intrusive photographs of actresses from behind.
Salman said Neha had “fought against it” and urged women who disliked such photographs to stand up for themselves.
His blunt message was that if a paparazzo continued taking such pictures despite being asked to stop, women should turn around and slap him. He described the practice as “disgusting” and questioned the mentality of photographers who engage in it.
