Mangaluru, Oct 5: Expert PU College, Valachil, conducted a career awareness session under its ongoing ‘Edu-Path’ series for II PUC students at the cultural centre.

Ankush N Nayak, director of IT, Expert Group of Institutions, was the resource person. He highlighted engineering as a field offering diverse career opportunities and emphasised the importance of developing professional networks and industry connections early.

He also guided students on choosing the right engineering specialization, covering major branches and sharing insights into leading engineering colleges.

The session concluded with an interactive question-and-answer segment, where students received practical guidance on their career-related queries.

Druthi V Hegde, vice principal (Admin), Anitha P Shetty, chief resident mentor, and other faculty members were present on the occasion.

The programme was hosted by a student, Deeksha Amith who welcomed the resource person and proposed the vote of thanks.
