Sullia: Week-Long Summer Camp Begins at Sneha Education Institution

Sullia, Apr 3: “Human resources development will achieve national progress. Hence, there is a need to energize the students in this regard,” said Block Education Officer (BEO) Malleswamy.

He was speaking after inaugurating the summer camp of seven-day duration at Sneha Education Institution on Sunday April 1.

“The active participation of students in sports will boost self-confidence and create a base for human resources,” added BEO Malleswamy.

Sneha Education Institutions correspondent Dr Vidhya Shambava Pare presided over the programme.

Town panchayat member P A Mohammed was the chief guest on the occasion.

Sneha Education Institution chairman Dr Chandrashekar Damle and head teacher Jayalaxmi Damle were present on the dais.

Students Ananya, Manasa Peral, and Sridevi Kuria rendered the prayers.  The camp organizer Prasanna Ivarnadu welcomed the gathering.  Teacher Savita compered the programme.  Vasanti Ponnappa proposed the vote of thanks.

Dr Chandrashekar Damle, Prasanna Ivarnadu, Jayalaxmi Damle, Sheenappa Ujire, Dr Vidhya Shambav Pare, Mounesh Vishwakarma, Nityanand Puttur, Chandradkar Mangalore, Hari Paindodi, Satish Panja, Arulappan Sonangeri, Suresh C H Kodagu, Ganesh Achar Odiyoor, Raj Mukesh Bettampady, Ganesh Sullia, Narayan Shibaje, Meenakshi Kutyala, Latasree Ambekallu, and Vasanti Ponnappa are the resource persons.
