Udupi, Apr 3: Manipal University chapter of AIESEC will be conducting a forum, 'The Consortium 2012', on Wednesday April 4. The forum aims at providing an insight into the working ways of various industries by providing the attendees a platform to hear it from the upper heads of companies from a variety of fields like media, event management, social and banking sector, etc.

The event is expected to have a footfall of 300, comprising of students from Manipal University along with the dignitaries and The registrar of Manipal university. The speakers for the event will be Anand Prakash, station head, Red FM, Mangalore, Java, general manager of NABARD, Karnataka, a public sector company dealing with rural development and Kumble, CEO, Manipal ACE management. Also attending the event will be the registrar of Manipal University and other dignitaries from the university office.

AIESEC is the world's largest youth-run organisation, present in over 110 countries which provides a platform for the youth to explore and develop their potential by providing leadership opportunities and sending students on international internships.
