Kasargod, Apr 5: Hindu outfits convened a meeting here on Tuesday April 3, condemning the desecration of Mallikarjun Temple by dumping the skull of a bull on Monday April 2.

Swami Mohandas of Sri Dhama, Manila, near here, addressing the gathering said that the miscreants had to be given a fitting reply through the unity of the entire Hindu community. He urged the people to resolve the issues that are faced by the Hindu community unitedly.



Swami Yoganand Saraswati of Kondevoor–Uppala, Hindu communal outfit leader Kajampady Subramanya Bhat, VHP leader M B Puranik, Kuntaru Ravish Tantri, K Surendran, S J Prasad, lawyer Sadanand Rai, Balan Chennikara, and Shankar Naik were present on the occasion.

It was decided to organize a mega ‘Hindu Samavesh’ on May 6, 2012, to wage a struggle against the desecration of Hindu worship centers.

Mass prayers were held in the presence of Swami Mohandas and Swami Yoganand Saraswati on the occasion.
