The truck has completely bald and worn out tires ! Punish the owner for this .

The cleaner was sitting on the top along with few others . There were others who were injured . Now why are there so many people inside the truck .
Punish the driver and the local traffic police on duty ( if there was someone doing any duty )

Have we noticed the rate of accidents is increasing by the days? It is purely due to:
    Bad Highway Management,
Not following the strict Traffic Rules,
Allowing local panchayat body to erect dividers and humps without precautions,
Lack of sign-boards, reflectors or white/yellow paint at dangerous vulnerable accident prone spots
And more over a big corruption at every level of RTO and Traffic Police that has to be stopped.
In a dubious distinction for the country, the World Health Organization has revealed in its first ever Global Status Report on Road Safety that more people die in road accidents in India than anywhere else in the world, including the more populous China. Calling road fatalities an ''epidemic'' that will become the world's fifth biggest killer by 2030, the report said while rich nations had been able to lower their death rates, these were sharply on the rise in the third world. It said 90% of deaths on the world's roads occur in low and middle-income countries though they have just 48% of all registered vehicles.
Every year, about 12 Lakhs people die in traffic accidents due to road accidents in the world owing to poor infrastructure and dangerous driving habits according to the World Health Organisation and one third of these victims are young people under the age of 25.
Despite strong laws and regulations, India has been unable to prevent the growing number of accidents on its roads. With around 1,05,000 death deaths annually, the country has overtaken China. With growing middle class who is encouraged to buy new and latest vehicles, the youth- people aged between 15-29yrs have become the main victims of injuries.
