First of all why there was no signboard informing the innocent children that the pit is dangerous to swim. This is the duty of the local authorities. Secondly the young boy would have been saved if the pit was fenced.

The owner of the quarry should be made responsible and punished for this incident. If he had properly fenced his property, knowing that it is a dangerous place, having 30 feet deep water, enough to kill human as well as animals, this young student's life would have been saved. Who knows how many lives have been killed in this pond earlier? Now a precious life is lost, MAy his soul rest in peace.

NO NEED TO BLAME ANYONE FOR THIS BAD INCIDENT.

PARENTS MUST TEACH OR ENCOURAGE THEIR CHILDRENS TO LEARN SWIMMING AT THE EARLY STAGE.

IN FUTURE WE CAN AVOID SUCH KIND INCIDENTS.
