Gopalakrishna Pandith (21) is a close aid of fake currency kingpin Moidin Haji, who is reportedly based in Dubai and operating a fake currency racket. Haji was arrested at Manipal by a special team led by Hosadurg circle inspector K V Venugopal recently during investigations into the Rs 30 lac fake currency notes confiscated by the Kasargod police last month.

With this arrest, the number of arrests in the case has reached five.

According to information accessed by daijiworld through police, Pandith was extensively advertising his astrology business in Malayalam newspapers. Moidin Haji, who has close links with Udupi, became a client of Pandith and developed friendship with him.

Earlier, Usman from Bantwal and Chetan Kumar were also arrested in this case. Police have been able to get important information from this duo, including the role of astrologer Pandith.

Now the police team has left for New Delhi for further investigation.

Fake Currency from Pakistan ?

Earlier, union minister of state for home Mullappalli Ramachandran speaking to daijiworld at Kasargod expressed a desire to hand over the fake currency case to National Investigation Agency (NIA). "Government is seriously thinking on this issue, as there are strong indications that the fake currency that reached Kasargod from Dubai originated from Pakistan."

Earlier there were reports that Moidin Haji who owns a printing press in Dubai was printing notes there. But the latest investigations have revealed that the Indian fake currency is being imported from Pakistan to Dubai, and supplied to Kasargod via Mangalore.

Astrology is a Fake science because it is based on a BASIC ASSUMPTION that EARTH is the CENTRE of this Universe and all the Nine Planets revolve round the Earth only, even Sun is a planet, and there are only 27 Stars in this Universe !
When all these assumptions are Totally Wrong how can the Astrology based on completely false/imaginary Assumptions can be True Science ?

Geoffry-Hat Hill, yes our ancestors were lacking wisdom to some extent in some fields, that is why they thought that Earth is FLAT & Static in one place, and it is Sun which revolves round earth, and also Sun is a Planet, and also they thought Moon is also a full-fledged Planet, Sky & Earth meets in Horizon, there is nether world called Patala, and there is Prapatha at the border of earth and Earth rests on the Hood of Snake.....
If all the knowledge of our ancestors were perfect & flawless then how is that they could not make out that God is FORMLESS and God does not have Human shape or Animal shape?

Now the fake currencies may be from paKistan. But originally Fake currencies were started in India by Coimbatore (Tamil nadu) people, that is why in north Karnataka fake notes were branded as "Coimbatore Notes" 45-50 yrs ago. In Mangalore also in 1950s & 1960s a local person circulated fake currencies of only Rs.2/- denomination and made pots of money, then purchased a Hotel near Milagres , and then became govt-liquor-contractor, and later on promoted a Hitech Hospital and Med.College, finally became very respectable citizen and became Mokthesara of many temples by money power.
Seeing his success Gopala Pandit must have been encouraged to take up same business but due to ill-luck got caught.

Gopal Krishna Pandith the Astrologer got his calculations bit wrong. I think he neglected the Rahu-Kethu in his Chart and it's Maha Dasa.It is thus both planets are unfavorable conditon to Pandith's life.

When we need “FDI” in retail sectors, then why don’t allow Indian Rupees printed in Pakistan via Dubai to Mangalore to Kasargod? So Pakistan is helping us to reduce printing cost too. We never find such a good well wisher neighbor in this World!! I think PM said we need Dollars, Euro and Pounds only in the name of FDI and our RBI will give better rate to those currencies. And when they take dividend and profits from India, RBI will keep lower rate to feel them happy. This is how our Great Sardar has defined the “Basics of Reforms” and it is started in Kasargod well in advance. Fortunately, our Mangalore Airport Customs Officers not bothering for Indian Rupees Import since their machine was taught to catch Gold and Ornaments only.

Very strange to see that fake currency notes available in India more then original notes, why we blame it comes from neighbouring countries, when we have lot of mastermind people living in India for such type of activities,I feel that there is no strong law for this fake currency trasaction.Make a heavy punishment law for having fake currency transaction, automatically it will vanish.
