    Dear Vincy,Bangkok
While writting expert comments on Dr.Channappa Gowda's transfer pl understand that there is no transfer case matching people like Mr.Khemka IAS officer in Haryana of Hooda government. While unfounded allegation against the BJP government or any BJP man for that matter how many times Khemaka got his transfers in his career by Congress government and added to that threat to his life too.For such serious matters you people have no comments and behave totally like dumb, deaf and blind.

why transfer a IAS officer before he finishes his minimum three year term. The BJP has hidden agenda just before elections.Or one of the BJP leaders is trying to start a plastic bag factory in Mangalore.

@ A.Prabhu, he iz transferred by our own Minister CT Ravi, as the previous dc couldn't do much in troubling the people who were depending on their basic necessities who were into plastic business. There are lots of individuals in mangalore who have taken loans from different financial organisations to start up their business. Our minister wants to ruin the life of such people. The new DC will be an environment personnel. He will ruin the lives of these traders, industrialists and the labourers in style.
