India doesn’t have control over stray animal, speeding drivers, and irresponsible public transport drivers and careless public on speeding highways.
RTO should educate them all separately through huge programs. The new rule should apply as early as possible for passing the driving license. Good luck!

Many people cross the road speaking on their cell phones and do not observe the vehicles coming on both sides. Either they are in risk of meeting with an accident or cause other drivers to loose control and meet with accidents. Here two persons lost their lives trying to save someone who has been careless. A big price to pay for someone else's carelessness.

Accidents here in our native place are countless due to harsh and impatient driving of both 2 wheelers and 4 wheelers. Many a times while driving, I have noticed that the pedestrians also cross the road just seeing one side and then if met with accident, the vehicle drivers are beaten to serious injuries by the public for no faults of theirs. 2 wheelers are even more dangerous and very often these riders over-take our cars zig-zag even from left side of our vehicle and when asked, they use harsh and bad words to the 4-wheel drivers only! Our traffic police stand like statues sometimes watching the show !
